Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sphere Budo sculpture. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return for you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a return or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
